The Giesler Group, Inc. was
established and incorporated in January of 1197 as a Wisconsin
corporation and positioned itself as a "one stop shopping" full
service real estate development company offering prompt, complete,
professional service in the areas of Real Estate Sale, Development,
Engineering, and Property Management. The home office is
located in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Richard J. Giesler,
the president of the company, is a graduate of the University of
Wisconsin - Madison and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil
and environmental engineering. His major in engineering was
structural design. He is a licensed professional engineer in
the State of Wisconsin and also holds a real estate brokers license
in Wisconsin.
Richard has over 25
years of experience as a professional engineer and prior to starting
his company was involved with other companies in the development,
design and construction of projects world wide relating to the
petrol/chemical, cogeneration and pharmaceutical businesses.
In recent years prior
to establishing The Giesler Group, Inc he was the developer, owner,
engineer, general contractor and property manager on a variety of
real estate projects such as multifamily, commercial, office,
residential subdivisions and mini storage.
Since the
establishment of The Giesler Group, Inc. Richard has focused
the company on the development, engineering, construction,
management and real estate sales of a $20 million condo/hotel resort
and conference center called Stone Harbor located on the water front
in downtown Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. With the project just
completed the emphasis has been focused on marketing and selling the
final remaining condominium inventory at the resort and overseeing
the management of the five businesses created as a result of the
project development.
The Giesler Group,
Inc prides itself in having the ability and flexibility to deal
with projects and customer of all sizes and needs. It can
handle a large $20 million dollar project such as Stone Harbor
Resort at the same time work with a buyer or seller of a $50
thousand dollar residential property and both are equally as
important.
